The 300kW diesel engine electric dynamometer test bench is a professional test platform integrating electric dynamometer technology and intelligent control, which quantitatively assesses engine performance through full-condition simulation and plays a core role in R&D verification and mass production quality control.
The test bench adopts a modular integrated design. Its core function is to simulate engine load conditions through an electric dynamometer, combined with a high-precision sensor array and an intelligent control system, to achieve real-time collection of power parameters (power/torque/speed), economic indicators (fuel consumption), and emission data. The test bench needs to be equipped with a professional vibration-reducing foundation (natural frequency ≤5Hz) and a soundproof cabin (noise reduction ≥45dB) to ensure the stability of the test environment.
